Free Traffic Generation Techniques That Actually Work

Hello everyone,

Today I am going to give you a list of my favorite fr*ee traffic generating methods.

Keep in mind that it is very easy to lose focus and spend too many productive hours on unproductive activities.

Especially when you are working full time at the day job, which many of us MLMers still do. Network marketing is a process and does take time, but you want to make sure that your time is spent wisely.

One popular method is traffic exchanges, however....

With traffic exchanges, unless you upgrade you will be spending too much time clicking on ads to build up credits so that your site will be viewed by more prospects...but, the sad truth is that everyone is doing the same thing you are doing which is just waiting for the timer to count down so you can earn more credits and very few prospects will see your opportunity.

I'm not advocating upgrading in your traffic exchanges, because you probably can spend your marketing dollars more wisely.

Fr*ee methods certainly do work, but many will take time to gain the kind of traffic that you are looking for.

But, you will probably want to ramp up your activities by trying some of the following. Just pick a couple that you feel comfortable with and master those and you will remain focused and start to see positive results.

1. Submit your site to the major search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN) and to as many other search engines as you can.

2. Write articles as often as you can and submit them to the free article directories. Be sure to include a link to your site after each article in your bio box. The articles should be optimized for a keyword your site is targeting.

3. Find blogs related to your topic and leave useful comments with a backlink to your site.

4. Join a handful of the most popular forums that deal with your site's topic and become an active poster. Include a link to your site in your signature.

5. Write a press release about your site and submit it to press release sites such as prweb.com. There are also fr*ee press release sites. If you are not familiar with press releases, take some time to do a little research... a press release is not written like an article. You can post a fr*ee press release at..

6. Start a blog on blogger.com ... link them to your site and submit them to the hundreds of free blog directories. This will get you plenty of quality traffic as long as you keep your blogs updated.

7. Post ads with a link to your site on all the free classified ad sites you can find (such as craigslist.org). The best ones will allow you to post a live link. Make sure you must post in the appropriate category.

8. Write an interesting email signature that includes a link to your site, and use it with every outgoing business email you send.

9. Start a page on myspace.com and on any other high page rank social bookmarking site you can find and link them to your site.

These are just some of the many fr*ee techniques that you can use.

Remember, you don’t have to use them all at once. Just pick the one you feel the best with and act now. Invest 30 minutes to an hour daily in building your free traffic.
