I have been working from home for 4 or more years. I started with a company called NHCD. It was telemarketing. (I am not very good at telemarketing) We use to have a code we had to use and dial before the number. They supplied a list and you just called and called. Then they went to having to have unlimited long distance. When I started it was $2.00 per lead and went up to $3.00 per lead. I believe they pay $5.00 or $6.00 per lead now. I worked for them until they went to calling through the computer and they said my local phone service did not work with their system??

I found West after that. You log into their system and take calls for infomercials. It is allright. Most people are nice. We are not allowed to tell any of the callers we are working form home. If someone askes we have to say we work from a call center in what ever state we are in. We have to read ALL upsells. It does not matter if they say I just want original package. We have to read them ALL unless they say I will hang up or I will canceal then we can skip. If we skip an upsell we can be suspended for 1 to 30 days or terminated. So please be patient if you call and they have upsells.

I also found LiveOps. It is the same you take calls for infomercials. Both pretty much the same except LiveOps is alot stricter. They will give you a slip if they said you logged a call wrong. Sometimes some people are hard to hear. I had someone call in and I could hardly hear them and they said something and hung up. I figured wrong number. Well I got slipped saying should of been no one on line?? But I did hear someone. Also if you hang up in middle of call even if you say I just want what I called in for we are not suppose to log as an order. All hangups have to be logged as hung up mid order. If we log you as an order we will get slipped. So please be patient.

I also found ChaCha a little over a year ago. It is an internet guide position. We do guided searches. Someone will text from their phone and ask question and you give them the info. Pretty simple. This is the information if anyone interrested in becoming a guide and earning alittle between placing ads and social networking.
