Your Online Network Marketing Oasis!



Start by turning on oven to 350 Degrees -
Use a Clean Lasagna or Baking Pan or Dish -

1 Box of Lasagna Noodles
2 Cans of Hunts Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce
2 Pounds of Very Lean Ground Beef
1 Large Yellow Onion - Chopped
1 Package Mushrooms - Sliced (optional)
1 Package Frozen Spinach - Thaw & Drain Well
7 Cloves of Garlic - Sliced Thin (about two bulbs)
Garlic Powder - Sprinkle Well
Red Pepper Flakes to Taste (optional)
Italian Seasoning - Sprinkle Well
3-4 Bags Mozzerella Cheese - Shredded

Cottage Cheese Mixture to Bind All:

2 Cartons Cottage Cheese
2 Eggs - Stir in Cottage Cheese
1 Cup Mozzerella,
1 Cup Parmesan,
Garlic Powder
Italian Seasoning

Instructions:

Brown Ground Beef, Onion, Mushrooms & Sliced Garlic
Add Spaghetti Sauce, Spinach, Garlic Powder & Italian Seasoning
Let Set on Simmer - (Low)

Boil Lasagna Noodles in Water Enough to Cover With 1-2 Tablespoons
of Olive Oil & Salt - Boil for about 7 Minutes, then Drain - Have Two
Clean Dishtowels Ready - Lay Each Noodle One by One on Dishtowel,
Roll, Then Lay Another Noodle Etc. Until All Noodles Are Rolled Up
in Dishtowel -

Make Sure You Spray Your Baking Pan Well Using Pam or Olive Oil
Spray -

Place a Heaping Ladel or Cup + of Sauce in Bottom of Pan, A Layer of
Lasagna Noodles, A Cup of Sauce + Cottage Cheese Mixture
Then Mozzerella Cheese - Do This Over & Over Again Until You Use All
Noodles - Leave a Top Layer of Sauce Dotted With Cottage Cheese
Mixture and Mozzerela Cheese -

Bake in Oven on 350 Until Lightly Browned on Top - Let Sit on Top of
Stove for At Least 10-15 Minutes Before Slicing -
