I am a single mom and entrepreneur who loves life and
enjoys having fun!

I first want to start off in saying ,I have a grandchild with Cystic Fibrosis , and a Dad with Heart Failure, a daughter with cancer, plus other family members with health problems, I currently do for my dad, I took on foster care,, Had training class for Cystic Fibrosis and diabetes.

I have been in sale's,management,HP tech, a mom, a wife , a widower, a foster care provider , a nurse, to a network marketer and entrepreneur.To a business Owner.

Along the way found out about diet and nutrition

I Do Daily Actives such as Walking(3miles) Exercise hiking, camping,.I am a big football fan.I also love to find new ways to stay healthy such as gourmet cooking. . . .
.
Through my many difficult lessons learned..and the words of wisdom and guidance from a great mentors(Rex Harris and Dave Gorby) I was , inspired and Motivate by the words of wisdom. . I Literally moved forward purely in my faith and with the vision. to help others change the way they eat and think.

Each time you take a small step towards healthier habits, invite your mate along for a walk. A study found that spouses of people with type 2 diabetes have a signifcantly increased risk of developing the disease themselves.The likely reason? Husbands and wives often share similar styles of eating andactivity.
So whenever you can,. make healthy meals and active choices make it a whole family affair.

I know for a fact everyone needs a way to stay healthy, So eating right and being active are steps to take to improving how you feel about your self.,

The first step is changing the way you think,! once this is done you can live a healthier life style ,as long as you change your habits,and I am living prof this can be done. some times all people need is the motivation to get started in the right direction
