I can count on one hand the number of bosses that I consider qualified to do their jobs. Working with bad managers is probably one of the reasons why I decided to start my own business. I just got fed up.

I guess it is no surprise that the top reason why people are stressed out at their jobs are "lack of support, increasing pressure, interruptions and bullying behavior" from their direct manager. In other words, stress stems from the lack of leadership from their managers.
